BOOM! Evil General Zod of DOJ, Jack Smith, Files MORE Charges against Trump

Special Counsel Jack Smith of the US Department of Justice, has filed additional charges against President Trump in connection with the former President having Classified documents at his Florida estate. It occurs to many people that Smith looks a lot like the evil General Zod from the Superman Movie!
OPINION – EDITORIAL (Op-Ed)
Apparently, it is lost on Jack Smith that a President is the source of all Classification of ALL government documents, and it is Presidential Authority being exercised by Executive Branch Agencies when they Classify anything.
As such, it seems perfectly lawful for a President – or former President – to have in his possession, anything Classified under HIS authority!
But truth and facts cannot be allowed to get in the way of a good smear job and Jack Smith is doing his level best to make it appear that President Trump has somehow done something he wasn’t allowed to do.
This whole Trump-Classified-Documents-nonsense is sort of like the fictional character General Zod from the Superman movie. Here’s a photo of General Zod; doesn’t Jack Smith resemble the evil General Zod?
Here’s the two men, side-by-side. To me, the resemblance is uncanny, especially with Jack Smith’s sour-puss expression all the time!!
Watching and listening to the mass-media reports about this alleged “crime” by our former President is amusing because the power to CLASSIFY anything . . . DOES NOT EXIST in our Constitution. Neither a President, Congress, nor the courts, have the power to CLASSIFY anything. That power is not enumerated to any Branch of Government under our Constitution.
That leads us to Amendment Ten of the Constitution which explicitly holds:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Since the power to Classify anything is not delegated to the United States . . . the federal government cannot define as a crime, or punish, anything involving “Classified” documents.
But don’t let this tiny fact interfere with the soap-opera-like drama unfolding around Trump.
There’s a very good reason the powers-that-be don’t want him back in Office:
VERY MANY members of the federal government, Congressmen, Senators, Cabinet Secretaries, engaged in an illegal Seditious Conspiracy against Trump when he won the election and through his Presidency. To wit, the entire “Russian-Collusion” hoax.
It was nearly ev ery day through Trump’s Presidency, that some member of the federal government peddled the “Russia-Collusion” notion, that somehow, Trump won the 2016 Election by colluding with Russia against Hillary Clinton. Turned out, the ENTIRE “Russia-Collusion” idea was thought-up by the Hillary Clinton for President Campaign, and put forth to deliberately undermine the incoming President Trump. What they all did was, in fact, a crime.
Seditious conspiracy is a crime in various jurisdictions of conspiring against the authority or legitimacy of the state. As a form of sedition, it has been described as a serious but lesser counterpart to treason, targeting activities that undermine the state without directly attacking it.
That’s what the whole “Russia-Collusion” crowd actually did. They KNOW they did it, and they know WHY they did it: To illegally undermine a sitting US President.
Of course, the Russia-Collusion thing was completely disproved by Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his multi-million dollar, multi-year investigation.
Then, too, the powers-that-be know they slow-walked Trump in a circle to hamstring his authority while he was in his first term, and he knows it. So if he gets back in, they’re toast. He’ll likely fire probably two thirds of the Department of Justice – and well they SHOULD be fired for the despicable things they do.

The big corporations don’t want him back in because he secured the US Border from illegal immigration, and corporations are desperate to get more illegals into the country, to increase the size of the Labor pool, and thereby drive DOWN wages they have to pay. The whole “supply-and-Demand” thing affects labor. The more labor supply, the lower the wages. The less labor supply, the higher the wages.
Corporations want as many available in the labor pool as possible so they can screw everyone by saying, “We will pay you “X” and if that’s not good enough, we’ll hire someone else, and they know they CAN because there’s so many illegals in the country.
The military is freaking-out that he may once again become Commander-in-Chief because they lead him down a path to all sorts of overseas military involvement, then DELIEBRATELY LIED TO HIM about removing troops from places like Syria. Think about that for a moment: The military deliberately deceived its own Commander-in-Chief.
One reason the US military leadership deliberately lied to Trump is that, right now — as you read this — the armed forces of the United States are engaged in the theft of Oil from Syria. At least thirty million dollars a month of Syrian oil is being robbed under US military “guard.”
Oil tankers are hired to go to Syrian oil depots, load-up the stolen oil, then head over to Turkey where the oil is slightly refined, re-packaged, and sold. All that cash, gets divvied-up between the guys at the top who are arranging it all. The thieving US military brass who are enriching themselves through this theft, don’t want the money supply shut down by withdrawing US troops from Syria; so the brass lied to Trump and kept troops in Syria to keep the oil theft going.
The military leadership knows if Trump gets back in, almost the entire Officer Corps will get fired for that alone, never mind the absurdities they’ve also engaged-in like forcing troops to wear high heels so they understand what it’s like to be a woman, as part of a sexual harassment training session.
They also know that Trump will not abide the whole trans-gendered mental illness pervading the military. People who are trans-gendered are severely mentally ill and they shouldn’t be anywhere near our military!
What’s going on in our military seems sick and Trump will, again, put a halt to it.
Then, too, the whole Ukraine-Russia thing was put on hold during Trump’s first term, and the Military Industrial Complex doesn’t like no new wars. They need wars to drive defense spending.
Let’s not forget the FTX Crypto Trading scandal, wherein FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried was charged with, among other things, illegal campaign donations of some $93 Million to mostly Democrat politicians.
Rumors on the street claim that foreign aid money going to Ukraine, was filtered by the Ukraine Central Bank into FTX crypto, then distributed secretly to democrat politicians through secure crypto wallets. So Ukraine became the perfect money laundering operations to wash billions in US tax money into crypto accounts, then presumably back into the crypto wallets of the politicians who authorized the foreign aid in the first place. Sweet deal!
So when FTX Crypto Exchange collapsed, Sam Bankman Fried got arrested in the Bahamas and Extradited to the United States to face charges. It was big news. Banner headlines.
Guess what WASN’T “big news” or “banner headlines?” The DOJ has now DROPPED the illegal campaign donations charge against Sam Bankman-Fried. It as all done very quietly the other day. No news. No headlines. Just this filing from the DOJ to the court:
Can’t have Bankman-Fried going on public trial over THIS; it might reveal who it was that actually GOT the laundered campaign money! Democrats!
Lets’ not even go into the Child-trafficking operations being perpetrated by government agencies to get the elite a constant supply of fresh new meat to sexually abuse. The big shots don’t want to lose their supply of fresh young kids to rape.
Put simply, Jack Smith’s prosecution of Donald Trump is less about the law, and more about making sure all the things mentioned above continue unabated.
That’s why Smith has to keep throwing more and more charges against Trump. That’s why Democrat District Attorneys in places like New York City, Atlanta, Georgia, and elsewhere, have piled-on with state charges.
The corrupt and perverted activities must be protected.

There’s a personal sinister intent toward POTUS Trump … an intent centered on retaliation. Did Jacky lose a personal friend … lover … boy … child … taken from his grasp … too personal for public discussion, too criminal to escape punishment? I wonder of Jacky’s birth surname and origin … a serpent seed of Satan I wager. What shall Military’s justice do with Jacky? Bye-bye, Jacky-boy, bye-bye.
