Pure blood — pure liver! The main organ of the human body is designed for 600 years of work, but a person manages to kill it in 60 years of life. Improper nutrition and alcohol destroy the liver, cell by cell.
We know how to quickly cleanse the liver and put the body in order. In just a couple of days you will feel refreshed, digestive problems will disappear. It is also a good prevention of diseases of the cardiovascular system!
How to clean the liver at home. I suggest you prepare a decoction of raisins, which activates biochemical processes in the body and cleanses the blood and liver of toxins. I love this dried fruit…
Pay attention to the color of the raisins when buying: choose dried fruits of more natural, dark shades. Clean, well—shaped raisins, not too hard and not too soft – that’s what we need! If the raisins are shiny, most likely they have been treated with special solutions, keep this in mind.
Decoction of raisins. You need to cook a miraculous decoction in the evening!
Ingredients:
● 2 tablespoons of water
● 150 g of raisins
Preparation:
1. Thoroughly wash the raisins.
2. Bring the water to a boil and pour the washed raisins into it. Boil the raisins for 20 minutes. Leave the broth to infuse for the whole night.
3. In the morning, strain the broth and warm it up a little.
The broth is ready for use! Drink it on an empty stomach every morning. Half an hour after that, you can have breakfast! I recommend adding steamed raisins to oatmeal: you will get an excellent healthy breakfast.
To make the liver cleansing procedure even more effective, it is worth adding liver cleansing products to the menu. Beets, carrots, apples, cabbage, jerusalem artichoke, milk thistle, spinach, prunes. It is useful to limit dairy food.
If you drink a decoction of raisins at least 4 days a month, there will already be a result! Give your friends a portion of health — show them this healing recipe.
How to Recognize Early Signs of Liver Failure – First Symptoms
Before the liver reaches the point of failure, there are several warning signs that should not be ignored. These signs indicate that, due to an improper diet, the liver is not fulfilling all its tasks.
Here are the signals: chronic fatigue, negative emotions, brain fog (lethargy or a feeling of total exhaustion), diffuse headaches, migraines, joint or muscle pain, excessive sweating, allergies, acne or skin diseases, gas, bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, depression, bad breath, and unexplained weight gain.

These symptoms may seem too general, but if you have more than three at the same time, it could mean that the liver is struggling to perform its duties.
The good news is that if you realize early on that your liver is not functioning properly, you can make some lifestyle changes to get it back on track.
Try to adopt these tips in your life:
Buy organic products
Avoid genetically modified foods full of dangerous chemicals.
Adopt a balanced diet
Quality proteins (animal or plant-based), whole grains, fermented products, healthy fats, nuts, and seeds should all be part of your diet. Avoid unhealthy oils like canola, corn, and sunflower oil.
Drink plenty of water
You should consume at least two and a half liters of water every day.
Eat plenty of healthy fats
Coconut oil, butter from grass-fed animals, avocado, and hemp oil are all healthy fats that help your liver function properly.
Don’t forget the fiber
Most people need at least 35 grams of fiber a day. These can come from chia seeds, flaxseeds, avocado, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts.
Eliminate processed sugar
White/brown sugar, cane sugar, and beet sugar should all be eliminated from your diet.
Eat lots of leafy greens
These vegetables contain magnesium, folic acid, vitamins C and B.
Limit alcohol consumption
You could replace it with physical exercise and meditation.
Besides these tools, there are foods and herbs that work wonders for your liver. For example, artichokes are known for protecting and supporting liver function. Additionally, artichokes help bile production.
Turmeric, which contains the active ingredient curcumin, helps the body eliminate carcinogens. This means that the liver will be more protected and supported in regenerating if its cells have been affected. Milk thistle, a plant that grows in Romania, especially in Dobrogea, is a true blessing for the liver.
Silymarin, the active component in milk thistle, is antifibrotic, antiviral, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory. Additionally, this plant protects the liver.

This “recipe” is rubbish. You cannot boil 150 grams of raisins in 2 tablespoons of water without the water quickly boiling away, having to add more and even if you just keep enough water in there to save your pot, there is nothing to drink the next morning. Maybe if you boil the raisins in a couple of cups of water – maybe. Meanwhile, don’t bother with this rubbish recipe.
