Judy Note: The “Ken & Barbie vs. Goliath IRS” Case has made it to the Supreme Court!!! To get to this important point, Patriots Ken Cromar and his wife Barbara have at their own time and expense, been fighting for the liberty of US citizens for over ten years.
Ken Cromar presently sits in a federal prison, having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS.
Despite the ruling in Cromar’s favor, the IRS made sure that fact could not be heard by the jury in their successful court case, sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested over two years ago and has been sitting in prison since on a seven year sentence.
There is no law that states you have to pay income taxes to the IRS – a corporation that, along with the Federal Reserve, were privately owned by foreign Illuminati bankers who controlled the Global Financial System.
When you fill out and sign your IRS tax papers you state that you are voluntarily contributing your monies to what is essentially the Illuminati Cabal Globalists.
Ken Cromar’s Writ of Habeas Corpus filed on Dec. 17 2024 by Raland Brunson (of the Brunson Brothers case also at the Supreme Court), was placed on the docket May 21 2025 and will be a subject of a SCOTUS conference on Thurs. 12 June 2025 to decide if it’s worthy of SCOTUS clarification.

Apparently the TRB so-called “Trump Gold Products” Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.
I understand there are several investigations open with local police and the FBI on this very sophisticated TRB Products Scam. Then, a couple of days ago I received notice from Raland that the docket added that “filing distributed to justices for conference on June 12”. This means that on June 12, the Justices will meet behind closed doors to decide which, if any, of the many cases that have come in, they think have a significant enough Constitutional question worthy of a SCOTUS clarification. We’ve long believed that our “Barbie & Ken vs Goliath IRS” is clearly a question of Constitutional law that requires the nine Justices to step up, weigh in, and establish the Law on this critical matter. Like so many before me I am being punished for obeying the law as it’s written. So, if four Justices think our case worthy to hear, then all nine will have to hear it. Barbara & I believe they will. We believe in Miracles.

I have a new HERO. I just read Justice Neal Gorsuch’s new book “OVER RULED — The Human Toll of Too Much Law”, which documents the many over-reaches of law in the federal court system, so many of which are nonsense, and too often tyrannical and destructive of real everyday people like you and me. He wrote: “…Even seasoned lawyers, lawmakers, and (yes) judges sometimes struggle to make sense of it all. Of course, our country has always been a nation of laws. As children, we learn about the Boston Tea Party, how colonists objected to unjust laws announced by a capricious king, and how our founders chafed at taxation without representation.” (pg 14)
Contrary to the courts & prosecutors & others, Barbara & I are NOT anti-tax, not “tax defiers”, not “lying tax cheats”, nor “frivolous tax protesters” as they keep chanting. But instead, what we absolutely are is AGAINST un-Constitutional taxes. The Constitution allows for taxation, but only in very specific ways. And we’ve been willing to put our lives, home, reputation and future on the line to make this stand — for us, for YOU, and all Americans! If our case does end up coming to national attention, it might become known as “The Collins/Moore/Cromar Constitutional Tax Question”.
Gorsuch pointed out in “Over Ruled” that, “By 2018, the U.S. Code encompasses 54 volumes and approximately 60,000 pages.” (pg 16) And, “…The Supreme Court agrees to hear only about one percent of the thousands of petitions it receives every year.” (pg 14) So, according to those impossible odds, no one will take a bet, and we’re going to need a Miracle. Well, that’s ok, because we know that with God, — nothing is impossible.
It took SIX filings before this one was accepted. The first four times we filed our appeal directly to Justice Neal Gorsuch (Dec 17, Jan 24, Feb 12 and Mar 28th) as is allowed by federal law and SCOTUS Rules, but they kept sending it back claiming we had to file for my Writ of Habeas Corpus to the entire court’s 9 Justices. However, the law is very clear:
USC Title 28 section 2241 – Power to grant writ
(a) Writs of habeas corpus may be granted by the SUPREME COURT, ANY JUSTICE THEREOF, the circuit courts and any circuit judge within their respective jurisdictions. …”. (emphasis added)
Pretty clear, right? So is SCOTUS’ own Rule #22 that tells how to file directly to a specific Justice, saying it must immediately be given to the Justice without delay. But, they kept insisting that it had to go to all 9 justices. Not true. It seemed as though there was some unseen power blocking or causing my case to be blocked from THE one justice, Neal Gorsuch, (who not coincidentally was a 10th Circuit Judge out of Denver before he became a SCOTUS Justice), who really might understand and champion our correct standing on the Law. Hmm. So, rather than filing a friendly lawsuit against the Clerk and Justice Gorsuch personally (which would have guaranteed he would have gotten a copy instantly) which is something we considered, we decided to make our application for a Writ to all nine justices. And, after a fifth try on May 17th, finally the SIXTH time was the charm and we got our case docketed on May 21st — but bizarrely, it’s listed as having been filed on December 17, 2024. Strange, but Hallelujah!
I must now highlight how grateful I am to Tom Freed (Scambos) who has patiently and tenaciously guided me through the minefields of the courts and filings many, many times since 2018 when I first found this tax genius expert. I know of no one who knows more about the federal income tax than Tom.
The two IRS agents — 22 and 38 year veteran IRS expert witnesses for the prosecution — upon my cross-examination could not point to the law for the jury, that required me to file federal income taxes. Tom has been patient with me, and generous with his time and considerable legal talent. He has stood on the facts and the law, and inspired me and others to do the same. He has been relentless!
The judges and prosecutors have not known how to deal with our arguments — except to shout “frivolous!” The Bible says, “They shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables”. (2 Timothy 4:4) “For my mouth shall speak truth and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.” (Proverbs 8:7)

Note: Even if we were to lose this application for an Extraordinary Writ of Habeas Corpus to SCOTUS, we still have two Circuit Court filings from case #25-4002 (federal jury trial where I was convicted on two counts, acquitted of one), and #25-4007 (Habeas Corpus Judge Neilson unlawfully ignored in federal court), and a last opportunity under USC Title 28 section 2255. There’s a reason David had “five smooth stones” in his bag ready to put in his sling to take down Goliath. We’ll use all five “stones” if that’s what it takes to take Goliath down!
Justice Gorsuch — who not coincidentally served at our 10th Circuit Court of Appeals (Denver) — and has been assigned oversight over this 10th Circuit, concluded his book OVER RULED with his hopeful outlook:
“…Solzhenitsyn gave an address in the United States in which he warned that while the rise of an authoritarian state may seem unthinkable here, “It can happen. It is possible.”…
“Despite my real concerns, though, I confess I remain an incorrigible optimist. America has overcome daunting odds time and again. …Still, America remains the greatest beacon of liberty the world has ever knownrich. The ideals embodied in our Declaration of Independence — that each of us enjoys certain inalienable rights, that all of us are created equal, that governments derive their just power from the consent of the governed — have inspired billions of people around the word and captured truths that resonate in every human heart. I would never bet against the American people. NMG”
Truth always wins out in the end. And, if, God willing, “Barbie & Ken vs Goliath IRS” results in this Supreme Court victory, it will be a restored Liberty for ALL Americans, and it will be done without ever firing a single shot!
I pray dear Lord that the Supreme Court will Hear our case and that He wins this battle, so I can shout, “Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy Name…”. (Psalm 142:7) Like Moses declared, “Thus saith the Lord God,… Let my people go, that they may serve me.” (Exodus 10:3)
