Editor’s Note: Louisiana is making history with House Bill 71, mandating the display of the Ten Commandments in public schools. This powerful legislation signifies a great awakening, as the state leads a bold move to restore moral values and honor America’s religious heritage. Witness this groundbreaking moment in education and the revival of core principles in our classrooms! CONGRATS Louisiana!
Louisiana is on the brink of becoming the first state in the union to mandate that public schools prominently display the Ten Commandments in every classroom. This groundbreaking legislation, House Bill 71, was overwhelmingly approved by the state’s House of Representatives with a decisive 82-19 vote, signaling a bold shift towards recognizing the state’s religious heritage in public education.
A New Era in Louisiana’s Public Schools. Louisiana is about to embark on a bold new chapter in its educational history. If House Bill 71, sponsored by Rep. Dodie Horton, R-Haughton, is enacted, every public school classroom in the state will be required to display the Ten Commandments. This unprecedented move has sparked intense debate and drawn national attention, highlighting the ongoing struggle over the role of religion in public schools.
A Controversial Vote: The Debate Unfolds
The passage of House Bill 71 did not come without controversy. The bill’s proponents, led by Rep. Horton, argue that the Ten Commandments form the moral foundation of Louisiana’s legal system. Horton passionately defended the legislation, stating,
“The Ten Commandments are the basis of all laws in Louisiana, and given all the junk our children are exposed to in classrooms today, it’s imperative that we put the Ten Commandments back in a prominent position.”
Horton, who previously championed the successful legislation requiring the display of the U.S. motto “In God We Trust” in classrooms, drew on recent legal precedents to bolster her case. She referenced the landmark Supreme Court decision in Kennedy v. Bremerton School District, which ruled that the government cannot prevent an individual from engaging in personal religious observance without violating the First Amendment. “The landscape has changed,” Horton asserted, emphasizing the shifting legal context that she believes supports her bill.

Opposition Voices: Concerns Over Constitutionality
Despite its passage, the bill faced significant opposition from lawmakers who questioned its constitutionality and broader implications. Rep. Matthew Willard, D-New Orleans, voiced a critical concern shared by many opponents:
“If it’s not adhered to, or even acknowledged by religions across the world, are we not basically establishing a Christian religion in our schools?”
Willard’s question underscores a fundamental issue at the heart of the debate: the violation of the constitutional principle of separation of church and state.
Critics argue that the legislation could alienate students and families of diverse religious backgrounds, effectively endorsing a particular religious viewpoint in public education. The implications of such a move could be far-reaching, affecting not only public schools but also colleges, universities, charter schools, and private schools that receive public funding.
A Wave of Religious Legislation: Louisiana Leads the Charge
House Bill 71 is not an isolated effort. It is part of a broader wave of legislation promoting religious observance in public schools, reflecting a growing trend in many Republican-led states. On the same day, the Louisiana House also passed House Bill 334, authorizing schools to employ chaplains to work with students. This bill received even stronger support, passing with an 86-6 vote, and now advances to the Senate alongside House Bill 71.

Louisiana’s actions are part of a larger national movement inspired by Texas, where Republican Governor Greg Abbott signed a law last year allowing school districts to hire chaplains or use them as volunteers. Following Texas’ lead, 13 other states have introduced similar bills this legislative season, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Utah.
The National Context: A Blurring Divide Between Church and State
The increasing prevalence of legislation like House Bill 71 highlights a significant shift in the American political landscape. The once-clear divide between church and state is becoming increasingly blurred, particularly in Republican-led states. This trend raises profound questions about the future of religious freedom and the role of religion in public life.
In Utah, lawmakers are considering a bill that would require schools to display the Ten Commandments in classrooms, similar to the Louisiana proposal. Meanwhile, Texas, despite its pioneering efforts, saw a similar bill fail to receive a vote in the House before a crucial deadline last year.
The Implications for Public Education: A New Era Begins
If enacted, House Bill 71 will usher in a new era for public education in Louisiana. Supporters believe that displaying the Ten Commandments will provide a moral compass for students, helping to guide their behavior and decision-making. They argue that in a time when children are exposed to a myriad of negative influences, reinforcing these timeless principles is more important than ever.
However, the bill’s opponents warn of the potential consequences. They argue that mandating the display of the Ten Commandments in public schools could lead to legal challenges, increased polarization, and alienation of non-Christian students. The constitutional concerns raised by critics are not without merit, and the debate over House Bill 71 is likely to continue in the courts and the court of public opinion.
Conclusion: A Landmark Decision with Far-Reaching Implications
Louisiana is poised to make history with House Bill 71, setting a precedent that could reshape the landscape of public education across the nation. The bill’s passage marks a significant moment in the ongoing debate over the role of religion in schools, reflecting broader societal shifts and raising critical questions about constitutional rights and religious freedom.
⇒ What is the Most Powerful Force in the Universe?
As Louisiana moves closer to enacting this controversial legislation, the nation watches with bated breath.
Will the Ten Commandments soon grace the walls of every public school classroom in the state?
And what will be the broader implications for the separation of church and state in America?
One thing is certain: the debate over House Bill 71 is far from over.
In this charged and dynamic landscape, Louisiana’s bold step has ignited a firestorm of discussion and debate, ensuring that the conversation about religion in public schools remains at the forefront of the national discourse.

There is no “constitutional principle of separation of church and state”. Not only does the Constitution not have any such language in it, history demonstrates that such a principle never existed in the early years of our constitutional government. A third proof of where power comes from also denies the Federal Government from artificially creating a separation of church and state principle.
Third Proof: The United States Republic is based on The People having all power. They (The People) then delegate up to the state certain powers. They, with the states, also delegate up to the Federal Government certain powers. Federal Powers are enumerated (see the Constitution) and cannot extend beyond what has been granted to them by The People and/or the states. All powers not delegated by The People to either the state or the Federal Government belong to The People!
First Proof: The ONLY comment that the Constitution contains regarding religion is found in the First Amendment and reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” That’s it, folks; there’s NO wording that would suggest a separation of church and state. Basically, it states that Congress shall keep their mitts off of religious practices, i.e. making a law respecting the establishment of religion (e.g. forcing a separation of religion from government) or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. So, if a village, town, or city votes to use the Bible to teach reading in grammar school, then so be it; the Federal Government is required by the First Amendment to keep out of that area! They have no jurisdiction in the area of religion!
Second Proof: Look at the history of this country following the ratification of the Constitution. The Bible was used in public schools to teach reading for many decades. This is something The People can decide and the Federal Government has no say in it!
Following the ratification of the Constitution some of the DC government buildings were made available for church services on Sunday. Several different denominations took part in this. In doing so, Congress was not making any law regarding religion and certainly was not prohibiting the free exercise therof. The government also awarded some funds to hire one or more ministers to teach the Christian religion to native inhabitants. No law was made to do this, nor was it prohibiting the free exercise of religion. It also demonstrated that THER IS NO PRINCIPLE OF SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE within the Constitution.
People, don’t be fooled by this “separation of church and state” rhetoric. It NEVER existed in the People in the founding of this great nation nor in the Constitution. Those who have gotten away with the satanic practices of prohibiting the free exercise of religion have only done so, because we, The People, have not read our Constitution, Period! A corrupt Supreme Court has been able to do the same for the same reason.
Let’s – as The People – put a stop to this making laws regarding the establishment of religion and prohibiting the free exercise of religion. Remember: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”
@Tony Hewitt and others in this forum — You are standing on the precipice of your life! Jesus said (John 8) JEWS are NON-HUMAN OFFSPRING of Satan; and JEW worships the SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN (BAAL, LUCIFER, MOLOCH, BAPHAMET, ET AL). JEW tagged the suffix “ISH” to their name that means APPROXIMATE … “JEW APPROXIMATE.” JEW / CATHOLIC / MUSLIM worship the SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN … their behaviors are PROFILED in Proverbs 6:16-19 as a warning to humanity not to imitate!
JEW is not interchangeable with HEBREW! JEW APPROXIMATE has blood type-Rh that abbreviates Rhesus monkey blood strain. WHITE people are blood type-A, BROWN people (light, medium, and dark) are blood type-B, and BLACK people are blood type-O. Blood-typing was discovered in 1901 … this fact will help the world’s people DISCERN Truth from LIES.
Father God Jesus commanded humanity to avoid procreating outside of blood kin (WHITE, BROWN, BLACK respectively). Humanity disobeyed and created blood-type-AB that is DISEASED by shared DNA that causes PREMATURE DEATH!
JEW APPROXIMATE buggered all holy books on Earth. The HOLY BIBLE is humanity’s USER MANUAL against renegade angels / NON HUMAN / JEW APPOXIMATES!
1st Creation = ADAM, White man, blood type-A. Disobedience led to death.
2nd Creation = NOAH, White man, blood type-A. Father God Jesus changed humanity’s SKIN COLOR and BLOOD TYPES starting with NOAH’s GRAND CHILDREN.
NOAH’s 1st son SEM and grandchildren: White man, blood type-A.
WHITE people are SEMITES. There is no such SEMITE descendancy of Brown and Black humans, just WHITE human descendants! Father Jesus’ human hierarchy is: FAMILY / Tribes / Clans / Children … the notable men of WHITE humans are ABRAHAM, son ISAAC that Father God renamed to HEBREW, and son JACOB that Father God renamed to ISRAEL and his eight (8) WHITE sons Ruben Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, Benjamin blood type-A. Father JESUS said, I GAVE the JEWS as SLAVES to My HEBREWS for MILLENNIA. Therefore, JEW APPROXIMATE is not a HEBREW and is not interchangeable with Hebrew. Jacob’s other four (4) sons Gad, Asher, Dan, Naphtali were half-breed Egyptian BASTARDS of JEW APPROXIMATE, the CONCUBINE SLAVES, whose surnames were not inherited by the SEMITE PATRIARCHS, and whose BROWN blood was blended to type-AB. (The same applies to ABRAHAM’s JEW APPROXIMATE CONCUBINE SLAVE blood type-B that created ISHMAEL, Brown skin, blood type-AB … they are not SEMITES. SEMITES are WHITE humans, blood type-A. JACOB-ISRAEL’s 4th son JUDAH, the Royal Titled Tribe, procreated the lineage of King David, son King Solomon, Joseph, daughter Mary, Messiah JESUS. Hebrew JUDAH TRIBE of Jacob Israel migrated to the European island they named Britannia ENGLAND — they were formidable warrior ARMY OF GOD men, just as the other WHITE Tribes of HEBREW ISRAEL. Father God described HEBREWS as “WHITE AS COTTON WITH ROSY CHEEKS,” and He described Jacob-ISRAEL’s eight (8) sons “WHITE AS MILK” … all of Jacob-Israel’s eight (8) White sons were blood type-A, Blue eyes, light hair (including Jesus) that no other skin types can reveal by high nutrition and range of emotions / rosy cheeks. These Biblical FACTS end the confusion that JEW APPROXIMATE obscures because JEW APPROXIMATE NON-HUMANS are HAUGHTY, and LIARS, and MURDERERS whose offspring is BROWN skin, BROWN hair, BROWN eyes — BASTARD CONCUBINE SLAVES FOR MILLENNIA. JEW APPROXIMATE’s lineage OF WHITE, BROWN, and BLACK HUMANS is blended blood types-Rh/AB/B/O. JEW APPROXIMATES’ surnames are inherited by their MOTHERS / MATRIARCHS unlike “SEMITE HEBREW ISRAELITE HUMANS” who MARRIED and inherited the PATRIARCH’S surnames and wealth. Whereas, JEW APPROXIMATES are named GYPIES and exiled 1,009 times from the world’s nations. JEW APPROXIMATES have published for more than 100 years that they “came 6,000 years ago to Earth to genocide humanity and destroy Earth” … 79 years remain for JEW APPROXIMATES to achieve their agenda (fake wars, fake vaccines etcetera). The USER MANUAL / Holy Bible is FULL of NON-HUMAN renegade angel JEW APPROXIMATE BASTARDS. There is ONLY one CREATOR of Life … Father God who came to Earth in the FLESH to save His humans, and His name was / is JESUS that JEW APPROXIMATE “MURDERED.” JEW APPROXIMATE would murder JESUS every day for the past 2,000 years, if given the choice and chance.
NOAH’S 2nd son JAPHETH, light BROWN people, blood type-B.
NOAH’S 3rd son HAM, medium and dark BROWN people, type-B; and BLACK people blood type-O.
Read the ENGLISH STANDARD BIBLE (a study bible and online) for the hierarchy of HUMANITY in the book of GENESIS that begins with the 2nd Creation / NOAH, Chapter 6 through Chapter 50.
By the way, the 10 Commandments were abandoned when Father God came to Earth in the FLESH and named JESUS. LAW does not shield humanity from eternal HELL, rather, faith in JESUS saves humanity from daily death in HELL. In addition, JEW APPROXIMATE declares that every human they lead away from Father Jesus, that JEW APPROXIMATE shall SODOMIZE and SLAVE in Hell every day through eternity!
Be sure YOU do not allow your brain, heart, and spirit to be commandeered away from Father Jesus. And always remember this: Father Jesus “imaged” His LAWS on all of HUMANITY’s brain, heart, and spirit so that none of humanity can declare ignorance of His laws under Judgment.

PRAY EVERY DAY IN UNITY, AND FIGHT BACK HARDER AS FATHER JESUS COMMANDS OF HIS “BELOVED OFFSPRING HUMANS.”
“If it’s not adhered to, or even acknowledged by religions across the world, are we not basically establishing a Christian religion in our schools?”
AS IT SHOULD BE … Rep. Matthew Willard, D-New Orleans … now get back to playing politics because your days are numbered.
Isaiah 43:10 (NLT)
“I alone am God. There is no other God— there never has been, and there never will be.”
John 14:6 (NLT)
Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.
John 3:16 (NLT)
“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”

Does evil exist?
If “evil” doesn’t exist, why, ever since Madeline Murray O’Hare (who was found murdered), insisted and achieved at having prayer removed from our school systems – or another adding we better not read the Bible in schools, (the book that teaches we shall not kill, shall not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself), have schools and the entire education system become havens for bullying, shooting rampages, gossip, and man’s religiosity, while removing the entire Judeo-Christian heritage – the only ‘faith/religion’ that can support itself as ‘DIVINE?’
If “evil” doesn’t exist, why is it that ever since Dr. Benjamin Spock who headed up the, “We shouldn’t spank our children when they misbehave,” campaign, do we have record high low self-esteem and suicides among our teens? (Dr. Spock’s son committed suicide) … Proverbs 23:13 says: “Don’t fail to discipline your children. The rod of punishment won’t kill them.”
If “evil” doesn’t exist, why is it that the dignity and privacy of our children has been replaced by ‘nude photos’ (Child Pornography), sent via the Internet and magazines and recognized not too far back, by the British Columbia Canada Government, as ‘ART’?
If God didn’t feel the need to put the Bible in our schools, it wouldn’t have ended up there in the first place.
If God didn’t feel His children were worthy enough to be disciplined (spanked), He would have made us all dumber than sheep.
It is not our Living God who steals land and massacres beautiful and innocent people; it is not ‘He,’ thank you, Jesus, who cast out the indigenous founding people of Utopia Australia; or who ignores starving billions in Third World Nations … but those who despise truth and feed evil – human trafficking, satanic worship, child sacrifice, wars, poverty.
“For all that is secret will eventually be brought into the open, and everything that is concealed will be brought to light and made known to all.” (Luke 8:17) + “I will take revenge!” (Hebrews 4:13 / 10:30 – Deuteronomy 32:35).
Are you beginning to sense the difference of how the World thinks, how God thinks, and if evil really exists?
Mr. Hewitt, thank you for your comment. God bless you
What we should realise is that there is only one God, or using a better description, ‘Universal Energy or Power’. God is not an individual. It does not matter what religion a person follows, because ALL religions follow the same ‘God’ although with different interpretations and understandings – all these differences being man-made. I do not even see the 10 commandments particularly as Christian because Christianity didn’t even exist when they were written. They are a good basic framework for everyone to lead a good life – a life of fulfilment, honesty & love that was intended when we started this journey in the physical. Trust me, I have good connections. Kind regards
No, not even one ‘religion’ brings us close to God. The 10 Commandments is our schoolmaster. As finite peoples we cannot meet up to the expect. The apostle Paul was given the good news for ALL (even around the world) from our risen + ascended Savior Christ Jesus. GOOD NEWS: 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Ephesians 2:8&9; FAITH + 0=SALVATION. The 10 Commandments help us understand we cannot on our own be perfect like GOD. When we have faith in the above passages of truth (KJV Bible) God inputs His perfect righteousness to our account. We needed a Savior to suffer our fate in our place and He did. He’s no longer Jesus of Nazareth nor is He yet a King, He is THE Savior for those who from the depth of their being trust in Him alone for their salvation. Read Paul’s 12 epistles: Romans-Philemon✝️❤️
