All well and good; but “legal scholars by his side”? They don’t seem to be very good at their craft. Where were they when BHO was illegally allowed to run for the presidency – and, to add insult to injury, allowed to occupy the office of POTUS for a second term as well?? And then, when the Dems got away with that heist, they followed it up with the equally illegal occupancy of the office of VP by K Harris???
I refer to the eligibility requirement for those two federal offices that the occupant needs to be a “natural born citizen”. What is a ‘natural born’ citizen?? It is a person “born in the country, OF PARENTS WHO ARE CITIZENS” thereof (my emphasis). (The definition is from the definitive tome of the day of the constitutional Framers on such nation-building matters, E. de Vattel’s ‘The Law of Nations’. And that eligibility requirement specifically for those two federal offices STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.) NEITHER of Harris’s parents were U.S. citizens at the time of her birth. Thus, we have not been living under the rule of law of this country – its Constitution – for some time. It’s time -and past – that we got back to it.
By rights, this evening’s presidential debate should have gone something like this:
Mod: Given your holding of such a high and distinguished office, Vice President Harris, we will start in with you first. So, your opening statement, Vice President Harris?
KH: Thank you.
Since my opponent is a convicted felon, and a threat to our democracy, there is nothing more to say, really. (cackles)

DJT: Not only is my opponent full of, er, weaknesses, she is, in point of fact, eligible neither for the “high and distinguished office” of POTUS nor for the office that she now occupies illegally.
Both of these federal offices require a special kind of citizen to hold them. The person must be a, quote, ‘natural born’ citizen. Which is a person. quote, “born in the country, of parents who are citizens,” unquote. NEITHER of her parents were U.S. citizens at the time of her birth. When I am back in the office, all these sorts of matters of criminality and corruption will be dealt with.
