WHY is there NO date on this document?
Where is the proof on the government site…why didn’t Trump put it on X? He loves informing people that way. Why is this called a Declaration instead of an Executive Order?
I wonder if he will feel the same when the sovereign states stand up and nullify unconstitutional laws, mandates, EOs (did you know that an EO can only pertain to members of the Executive Branch in order to administer laws passed by Congress???), treaties, international agreements, rules, regulations. The states have more power under the Constitution than the federal government. The states delegated just 18 powers to the federal government and they can be found in Art. 1 Sec. 8 of the Constitution. If it ain’t there it belongs to the states. Of course they twist everything in the Constitution and the dumbed down American people go along instead of finding the truth for themselves. Truth is that when our elected violate the Constitution it is the right and the duty of the states to nullify…..which means: REFUSE TO COMPLY
