This article is pure U.S. propaganda. NATO has broken every agreement to stay away from Russia’s borders for decades and Russia is fed up with their lies. The four oblasts you mention voted to become part of Russia and the other areas were won on the battlefield by Russia. The loser does not get land back when it’s taken on the battlefield. You clearly have no concept of history; virtually all of Ukraine is historically Russian. As usual, GB and it’s lackey, the U.S. Territorial British Government (not American) have created division in Ukraine to try to steal their natural resources. Trump, the CEO of USA, Inc, is a Territorial U.S. Citizen (British) and has no leverage in this situation. If Trump was committed to peace, he would agree to the terms of the RF and he would put a stop to the murder of 50,000 civilians and counting in Gaza and the bombing of the only Arab nation who’s trying to help the Palestinians, the Ansarollah, derogatorily called “Houthi terrorists” because they stand against the theft of innocent civilians’ land. If Trump continues to go down this road and starts a war with Iran against all American interests for the sake of a “greater Israel,” he will destroy the U.S. economy and any legacy he hoped to build.
It is controversial that Russia demands Ukrainian territory. After declaring independence in the 1990s, Ukraine did not apply to the UN for registration and officially has no border. Russia certainly does not want land, it has enough of it on its territory. And in no case is this an act of aggression, which was confirmed by the international court in The Hague. After World War II, the victorious powers – the USA, France, Great Britain and the USSR – agreed that they would fight fascism anywhere in the world and did not have to announce it to anyone. Russia, as the successor state of the USSR, remained in this alone. Fascism is deeply rooted and practiced in Ukraine, whether it is the fascist detachments Right Sector, Azov, the glorification of the war criminal Bandera, etc. Russia clearly demands peace. But the preliminarily negotiated terms of the ceasefire are absolutely unacceptable to Russia. When the special military operation began on February 22, 2022, the goal of the Russian Federation was, among other things, the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine. This has not happened yet. Should Russia continue to be threatened militarily in the future, as it was in the years 2014-2022? There are also still underground tunnels in Ukraine with biolaboratories for the production of biological weapons, with child trafficking, adrenochrome trafficking, with organ harvesting – even while alive – in which Zelensky’s fascist clique is directly involved. Ukraine is the main center of the Khazarian mafia in the world. All of this must be taken into account in the talks between world leaders about peace.
The four former Ukrainian territories mentioned have clearly stated in referendums that they demand to join the Russian Federation. They have nothing to be surprised about. Why should they continue to be oppressed by the Ukrainian regime, which will not even grant them recognition of the Russian language? From 2014 until the beginning of the liberation of these territories in 2022 by the Russian army, the Ukrainian regime killed about 14,000 civilians, including a large number of children, who have their “Angel Alley” there in eternal memory.
I don’t understand. Important details are missing from this story.
Let’s go back in history a bit. First of all, ‘Ukraine’ is a bit of a cobbled-together area, left over from the remnants of the Cold War and the collapse of the USSR. Come 2014, and the CIA and the office of the U.S. Secretary of State, under the auspices of Victoria Nuland (or whatever her real family name is), helped financially and otherwise to overthrow the duly elected government of Ukraine (as part of the NWO crowd’s nefarious plans). The result has been a civil war, with the new regime in Kiev constantly shelling the Eastern provinces, which are largely of Russian ethnic peoples. Indeed, some sections of that area, such as Crimea, voted overwhelmingly to join the Russian Federation; and the Russian ethnics of some other regions have constantly appealed to Russia to help them against the attacks of the Kiev regime, which has been part of the reason why Putin had had enough, and went in on a ‘limited military exercise’ . (Another reason: A number of bioweapons labs – sponsored by the Deep State crowd in the U.S – in the western part of Ukraine, engaged in developing toxic weaponry which could be used – especially with the prevailing winds, or simply by drone – to send poisons into Russia, just miles from Moscow.)
I don’t know the ethnic makeup of the four regions mentioned in this article; but if they are majority Russian ethnics, then they could be part of the request by their peoples to Russia for help against the overthrow crowd in the western part, waging war against them.
So, my question: Why isn’t the solution to the situation to be to let those areas have a referendum, and see what the vote is of the peoples involved – just like has happened in some of the other of those regions in the eastern part of that territory???

Russia wants to do the same to the regions: Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson and soon if this does not end it will be: Odessa and Milolayiv – in other words the same as the USA in relation to Canada and Greenland, i.e. they want to absorb these territories.
It also works the “other way” and Donald Trump also has imperial ambitions, which Vladimir Putin may ultimately point out to him (as for Greenland and Canada).

Fully agree. It was Victoria Nuland who invaded Ukraine with a coup and installed Poroshenko ….. So it was the USA Deep State (read Rothschild’s) who thought it appropriate to poke the bear.
