Bonjour. Je pense être extrêmement performant en nutrition ! Les patates, je suis très réservé car je suis did. Viande rouge et lait, je sais que c’est très critiqué , sinon que , dr Laurent Schwartz, cancérologue pionnier du traitement métabolique, abonde dans le même sens . .. dont acte . Tout le reste est dans le 1000… il manque l’ail et tous les crucifères. La liste n’étant pas exhaustive. De plus nous devons varier nos aliments, ce qui n’est pas facile car ça bouscule nos préférés ! A propos du sel pour moi il n’y en a Qu’un, c’est le Sel ROSE de l’Himalaya, qui n’a rien à voir avec les autres sauf le gris non traité ! Je purifie mon eau et j’ajoute sel rose et parfois plasma de Quinton. Distillation et si j’ai la patience je crée un vortex avec une tige en bois pour la restructurer !

Glen,you need to do more research. All of these foods are very good for us. I eat all of them,my whole life-and I’m pretty healthy despite the childhood vaxes I was put thru. Many people around me have bought into the crooked food system and they all have problems from not eating these correct foods.. I am a child of nature,hence my name,the color of my eyes,my zodiac sign,location of birth and where I now live among other things..and i listen to my intuition…
