Unfortunately for Donald Trump, he is not the President of the American government, he is the President of The United States of America, Incorporated, a corporation that provides essential government services to the actual American government as arranged in 1789 (The United States of America, Unincorporated). All the money he wants to recover belongs to the US, INC’s, priority creditors, the American people. Donald represents U.S. Citizens, British subjects who were allowed to stay in this country to provide government services because of the Residence Act. The same Residence Act was misapplied to Americans via undisclosed contracts via their birth certificates starting in the 1920’s. This allowed the corporate contractors to unlawfully seize AMERICAN assets and credit, which they have continued to do to this day. The American government is in session and has laid claim to ALL of these assets and credit, so Donald is out of luck. He may administer our assets and credit as directed by the American government, but neither he nor his corporation owns or controls any of these assets or the credit derived from them.
