Against rules set forth in the Constitution, Congress did not investigate the claims and installed Biden. This was considered Treasonous, as they were aiding the enemy. If the $2.9 Billion lawsuit was won, the money was targeted to go to Constitutional Education.
    • Among the 388 Respondents named in the petition who could lose their office if the Court ruled against them was President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr, Vice President Kamala Harris, former Vice President Michael Richard Pence and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
    • Tues. 15 Nov. was not a good day for Nancy Pelosi. Results of the Mid-term Election showed Republicans gained the majority of seats in the House of Representatives soPelosi automatically lost her job as Speaker of the House, was believed to have been arrested and then sent to GITMO for a Military Tribunal. Among the many charges against her was Insider Trading she was said to do on a daily basis in the basement of the White House.

    • This action is against 388 federal officers in their official capacities which include President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr, Vice President Kamala Harris, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and former Vice President Michael Richard Pence (“Respondents”). All the Respondents have taken the required Oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and as such they are liable for consequences when they violate the Oath of Office.
    • Respondents were properly warned and were requested to make an investigation into a highly covert swift and powerful enemy, as stated below, seeking to destroy the Constitution and the United States, purposely thwarted all efforts to investigate this, whereupon this enemy was not checked or investigated, therefore the Respondents adhered to this enemy.
    • Because of Respondents intentional refusal to investigate this enemy, Petitioner Raland J Brunson (“Brunson”) brought this action against Respondents because he was seriously personally damaged and violated by this action of Respondents, and consequently this action unilaterally violated the rights of every citizen of the U.S.A. and perhaps the rights of every person living, and all courts of law.
    • On January 6, 2021, the 117th Congress held a proceeding and debate in Washington DC (“Proceeding”). Proceeding was for the purpose of counting votes under the 2020 Presidential election for the President and Vice President of the United States under Amendment XII.
    • During this Proceeding over 100 members of U.S. Congress claimed factual evidence that the said election was rigged.
    • The refusal of the Respondents to investigate this congressional claim (the enemy) is an act of treason by Respondents. A successfully rigged election has the same end result as an act of war; to place into power whom the victor wants, which in this case is Biden, who, if not stopped immediately, will continue to destroy the fundamental freedoms of Brunson and all U.S. Citizens and courts of law.
    • Due to the fact that this case represents a national security breach on a unprecedented level like never before seen seriously damaging and violating Brunson and coincidently effects every citizen of the U.S.A. and courts of law. Therefore, Brunson moves this court to grant this petition, or in the alternative without continuing further, order the trial court to grant Brunson’s complaint in its fullest. Brunson’s complaint is the mechanism that can immediately remove the Respondents from office without leaving this country vulnerable without a President and Vice President.     • Also, it is about the Congress ignoring over one hundred claimants, on J6, that the election was rigged. They did not investigate the claim, as they should have, and installed Biden. Under the constitution this is treasonous, as they were aiding the enemy.
    • When the allegations of a rigged election came forward the Respondents had a duty under law to investigate it or be removed from office.

    The Federal Reserve Cartel: The Rothschild, Rockefeller and Morgan Families:

    • The Four Horsemen of Banking (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo) own the Four Horsemen of Oil (Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch/Shell, BP and Chevron Texaco); in tandem with Deutsche Bank, BNP, Barclays and other European old money behemoths.
    • But their monopoly over the global economy does not end at the edge of the oil patch. They control the music industry through a wide network of Private Banks. Private investors, Privatization of the music industry through record label conglomerates and companies that do the bidding of the North American Rockefeller crime cartel and Elite organizations.
    • In the early 1900s the Rockefellers Military commercialization of music changed the world standard tuning of music through the world to 440 pitch.     • The idea of controlling the Rap Industry and Black Communities through violent music supported by oppression and Civil Unrest connected to young black youth as their Targets. The Rockefellers brought together the top executives and first leading black rappers Artist.
    • After signing a confidentiality agreement of the meeting the purpose of the agenda was told to the invited members. They were told, the violence of the Rap music movement would be coordinated and the first major record companies labels producing the music would have all the rights to production and distribution through the United States and they would have shares of points inside the Private Prison systems.
    • The high level Masonic Plan worked and by 1990 there were over 1,500 private prison systems housing over 1 million black teenagers who used the violent Rap music to express a black generational trauma instilled in them.
    • The Private Prison Systems got hundreds of billions a years from the government sectors (everyone got paid, including Congress, Senate who passed bills and laws allowing money to flow to the new prison system).
    • Money Laundering came in forms of super high inflated products inmates could purchase, often times 8x higher than the average national value (ramen noodles which cost only 15¢ was inflated to 1.50$ = 10x more) food, supplies, clothing was a major market to hide hundreds of billions of laundered money.
    • Hundreds of billions came from government funding and moved through Pyramid schemes and insurance companies.
    • By the end of year 2000 as the Rockefellers had planned, their privatization of prisons had raked in trillions over a 12 year span.
    • Local Courts and Judges threw the books at petty criminals, first time offenders and filled continuing creating of private prisons. To this day the United States has the most incarcerated humans in prisons through the world with the most prisons ever created.
    • This was all by design. The Rockefellers control the World Medical Industry, the US Media, Tech Giants, Big Pharma and Music Industry.
    • Today with the Military Alliance Operations removing the Rothschilds Deep State power in Europe, the UK, Russia and China, it puts the Rockefellers inside the Kill Box.
