An illuminating new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Security Council Dmitry Medvedev factually assessing this morning:
“The initial results of the elections in the United States and yesterday’s hysterical ‘ultimatum’ by Ukraine’s green leader in a green unwashed T-shirt is proof that the familiar world of grandpa Biden is slipping away, global support for United States policy is on the decline, and betting on a ‘stoned hetman’ was a huge mistake”,
says in preparation for the coming demise of socialist Western colonial leader America, the Ministry of Education (MoE) announced that a basic military training course will be added to the school curricula for millions of teenage Russian school students starting on 1 January 2023.
In response to Western leftist media claims that the socialist Biden Regime is in negotiations with Russia about the “Special De-Nazification Operation” to liberate Ukraine, this report notes, Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko plainly stated: “No, we are not”—a statement joined by Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova factually revealing: “There is indeed a lot of talk about negotiations but they are in a different context…There are no constructive talks, they ended this April when in response to Ukraine’s proposal we yet again sent our suggestions and following this, everything was blocked”.
The “different context” referenced by spokeswoman Zakharova about current Russian-American negotiations, this report explains, involves the Bilateral Consultative Commission (BCC) established by the New Start Treaty on nuclear armaments currently in force between the Russian Federation and the United States, about which US State Department spokesman Ned Price revealed yesterday:
“We have agreed that the BCC will meet in the near future…Under the terms of the New START treaty, the work of the BCC is confidential, but we do hope for a constructive session…The US believes in the transformative power of diplomacy and dialogue but is clear-eyed and realistic about what it can accomplish when it comes to Russia”—a revelation quickly followed by the United States urging Australia not to sign a treaty seeking to ban all nuclear weapons, and warning them:
“While the United States understands and shares the desire to advance nuclear disarmament goals, we do not support the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons…Washington does not believe that progress toward nuclear disarmament can be decoupled from the prevailing security threats in today’s world”.

In response to the socialist Biden Regimes non-stop nuclear war scaremongering, this report continues, Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov to the United States factually stated:
“The intimidation of the world community by the ‘approaching Armageddon’ is groundless and dangerous…The Americans, turning everything upside down, accuse us of irresponsible nuclear rhetoric…
If you look at the facts, it becomes clear that we are not threatening anyone with nuclear weapons…
Loud statements coming from the United States, and even from the lips of President Joe Biden, pursue a single goal – to incite as many states as possible against Russia…
On the contrary, we strive to prevent the situation from spiraling out of control…Russian officials and the president of Russia have repeatedly confirmed that we are not going to use nuclear weapons, including tactical ones, in Ukraine”
—a factual statement that follows the Kremlin repeatedly referring those concerned to review the American government’s own official document “Russia’s Nuclear Weapons: Doctrine, Forces, and Modernization”, wherein it clearly documents no conditions presently exist that would allow the use of Russian nuclear weapons—and with every nation in the world knowing about the Russian defense system “Dead Hand’s Nuclear Revenge”, even the most lunatic socialist Western colonial leaders know it would be suicidal to ever attack the Russian Federation.
Due to the self-destructive anti-Russia policies the socialist Biden Regime forced on its own European Union allies, this report details, the Wall Street Journal, in their just published article “Europe Doubles Down On Big Government”, revealed today:
“Europe’s answer to its latest economic crisis: even bigger government…Faced with soaring inflation and an energy crisis caused by Russia’s attack on Ukraine, European politicians are adding hundreds of thousands of public-sector jobs, guaranteeing business loans, subsidizing energy bills and splurging on infrastructure, defense and key industries…
Spending by eurozone governments is expected to reach 51% of the region’s economic output this year”
—in belatedly realizing that socialist Biden Regime has been using its anti-Russia policies to enrich American businesses, the 27-nation European Union bloc warned it could go to the World Trade Organization over discriminatory subsidies for US businesses—a warning joined by Kremlin economic media analyst Irina Alksnis, who, in her article released yesterday “The West Is Beginning To Suspect Something”, observed:
“An interesting leak was issued by La Repubblica: allegedly Washington and Brussels are setting up Kiev for negotiations with Moscow after the “recapture” of Kherson .
The logic of this position is not very clear: why would Zelensky and Co. go to negotiations, even “from a position of strength”, in case of military success?
But the very fact of such rumors goes into the treasury of evidence that peacekeeping sentiments are maturing and intensifying on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
It would be a huge mistake to consider these sentiments as pro-Russian, and they can be called peacekeeping rather conditionally. The point is different – that in the West, in certain circles, the process of awareness and, more importantly, acceptance of reality begins.
The West will get through this winter – not without difficulties, but still without any special cataclysms. But its elites found themselves in a long-forgotten and extremely unusual situation for themselves, when they are forced to think about what will happen next winter – and its prospects are already frightening.
Three decades of global hegemony have had a detrimental effect on the quality of expertise and decision-making in the West. In particular, this led to the fact that the planning horizon there in most cases was reduced to several months (maximum – a year), and the printing press became the solution to any problems.
The current year has changed everything: the dollar machine is failing before our eyes, events in the world are not developing at all according to the scenario that was planned, further prospects look frankly gloomy – and there are no resources to overcome the worsening crisis.
In February, the West put all its chips on one main card – the victory over Russia, which, if successful, would then allow it to transfer one by one all the other centers of resistance to its hegemony in the world. However, November is in the yard – and everything is not going at all as it should.
Russia continues to withstand unprecedented pressure — and does not suffer much in this regard.
Continental Europe has begun to realize the role of the sacrificial lamb destined for it and even begins to timidly voice objections to this in places.”
With socialist European Union leaders awakening to the reality that they’ve been set up to be a “sacrificial lamb” on the alter of American global hegemony, this report notes, today articles are appearing in the United States like

to describe yesterday’s midterm elections—in articles like “Republicans Favored To Retake US House As Senate Up For Grabs” it’s revealed election results might take days to be finalized—in analytical articles like “What Will Dem-Controlled Congress Mean For World & US?” and “What If The GOP Takes It All?
What Republican Congress Will Mean For World, America”, political experts assess that no matter which party takes control nothing will really change in the short term—and as for why nothing will change is because Americans don’t understand what their government really is, and as best explained by Russian-American political analyst Dmitri Orlov, who, in his just published article “The Trojan Horse Presidency”, factually states:
”I am on record saying that “The United States is not a democracy and it doesn’t matter who is president” multiple times in multiple places, and I stand by that statement, which I believe to be a provable statement of fact…Statistics show that there is zero correlation between public preferences and public policy decisions but a strong correlation between business lobby group preferences and pubic policy decisions…
Thus the US is not a democracy (rule by the people) but an oligopoly (rule by business groups)…From this it follows that it doesn’t matter who is president because both parties of the Democrat-Republican duopoly are owned by the same set of business groups”.
On 18 September 2014, this report notes, the Cambridge University Press published the academic study “Testing Theories of American Politics: Elites, Interest Groups, and Average Citizens” authored by Princeton University Professor Martin Gilens and Northwestern University Professor Benjamin Page, wherein they revealed that the United States is an oligarchy, not a democracy, with their study abstract exactly stating:
“Multivariate analysis indicates that economic elites and organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on U.S. government policy, while average citizens and mass-based interest groups have little or no independent influence…The results provide substantial support for theories of Economic-Elite Domination and for theories of Biased Pluralism, but not for theories of Majoritarian Electoral Democracy or Majoritarian Pluralism”.
Among the worlds best experts knowing the history and eventual fate oligarchic governments like the United States has become, this report concludes, is top Kremlin media analyst Petr Akopov, who yesterday, before a single vote was cast in the American midterm elections, released his predictive article about its outcome entitled “Russia Will Emerge Victorious From The American Elections”, wherein he assessed:
“Today, on 8 November 2022, the States are taking a new step towards dismantling their own political system: not only have they not got out of the rut they got into in 2016, but they are getting bogged down even deeper into it. And along this track they are rolling towards their 250th anniversary, which will be celebrated in 2026 – but by whom and where?
Because until 2026 there will be 2024, the year of the presidential elections. Elections, about which one can already say for sure: their result will not be recognized as losers. It doesn’t matter who wins them, what matters is what happens after them.
So far, the process of delegitimization has been developing on all planes, except for the legal one: confrontation is escalating, trust in the branches of government is falling, polarization is taking place within society, and expectations of a civil war are growing. But by 2024, the situation will reach a fundamentally new level: the non-recognition of the election results will almost certainly be expressed by individual states.
It doesn’t matter which ones are Democratic (if Trump wins) or Republican (if he loses), what is important is that, in fact, the process of disintegration of the United States will begin.
It is impossible now to predict how it will develop: whether it will be limited to simply sabotaging the work of the federal government by the rebellious states, or whether they will try to create some kind of horizontal network that may eventually become the prototype of a new separatist alliance, a new confederation.
It is impossible to predict either the speed or the result of the collapse process: it can be frozen for several years, they can try to stop it by force (but there is a high risk of a real civil war), it can quite quickly (by historical standards quickly, that is, within a decade) lead to a real division of the state. But in any case, the former United States will no longer exist.
8 November 2022 confirms that the States are stubbornly moving along a given trajectory, continuing the course taken in 2016.
And there is no force that could lead them away from the disastrous route. Trump will try again, but he will not be allowed to do it again.
And Russia doesn’t need anything else from America: on the external front (primarily, of course, Ukrainian), we will withstand the confrontation with them, and on the internal, they will do everything on their own.
They will conquer themselves.”
