One of the eligibility requirements for that special office is that the person needs to be, not just any kind of citizen, but a ‘natural born’ citizen. Which by the definition as understood by the constitutional Framers is a person, quote, “born in the country, of parents who are citizens,” end quote. And that eligibility requirement for that special office STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary.
‘So, forget about the media playing down the issue at the time by just rubbishing the ‘birth certificate’ question. The issue is just as much about who his parents were as where he was born. The point being made was to make sure that the occupant of that office – and that of the office of Vice President as well, since that person might accede to the higher office – needs to be a person who has NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES. Rather, someone who has SOLE ALLEGIANCE to the United States. As it should be.
‘And so, since there is a legal term that ‘Fraud vitiates everything,’ every bit of legislation that he signed into law, and all of the Executive Orders and Presidential Directives that he issued, and all of the appointments and nominations that he made – including to the U.S. Supreme Court, and all inferior courts – need to go with him. Into the trash bin. For it to be as though he never occupied that special office. For, he never occupied it legally. And we learn the hard way that a nation MUST operate by its rule of law. Or the consequences can be very painful.
