NESARA & GESARA will never be submitted to Congress. All monies must be done outside of the government. Currently money transfers can be redirected toward their war effort. It is not time. Not until the world governments fall.
I’m not sure why you did this or how you managed the change the Verbiage, but NESARA & GESARA both use the exact verbiage except for the first N = National an G = Global! Both are (National/Global Economic Security and Reformation Act). I’M curious where you got the Recovery form. I’ve seen it before, as other seem to make similar errors!
NESARA was the original Act that was to cover the U.S., but was later expanded to include the entire Globe. Hence it became GESARA.
I am only highlighting this because it is causing confusion with many people and consistency is important!
